As your local storage provider, we take great pride in your experience, security, and peace of mind while storing your belongings away from home; we are pleased to announce we have reached an agreement with "Storage4Madisonville", a locally owned and operated Self-Storage Company, to better serve you effective January 20th, 2026.
In the coming weeks, the Storage4Madisonville Team shall be in touch to provide more information regarding this change of ownership, however, rest assured you are in good hands and shall be able to continue accessing your Spaces with no action needed at this time.
Additionally, effective January 17th, 2026 "Simpli Stored Self-Storage" shall no longer be accepting payments on behalf of this Facility, as all future Payments and Questions regarding your account should be directed to "Storage4Madisonville" using the contact information below.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
1. Will my rate increase?
A. At present, we are not aware of any planned changes to your rate(s).
2. What if I've already paid my Storage or paid ahead?
A. All payments and account credits shall be carried over with the transfer in ownership, if you've paid ahead, these credits shall be carried over and remain on your account.
3. What if I pay my account on Automatic Billing?
A. Upon transfer, all prior automatic payments shall be terminated, as we cannot access or provide your encrypted debit/credit card information; if you plan to continue utilizing Auto-Pay, you must establish a new card on file with Storage4Madisonville.
4. Will my access codes change?
A. All existing Gate and DaVinci Lock Codes shall be transferred and remain in affect.
5. When will these changes take effect?
A. Storage4Madisonville is scheduled to assume ownership on January 20th, 2026; to make payment or account changes prior to this date, please contact the Simpli Stored Team.
